JOB DUTIES
Responsible for all sales work related to orthopedic durable medical devices we sell, the DME’s financial revenue systems, and DME services. Specifically, must engage in the following:
- Manage and direct sales staff, day-to-day work, training, and performance evaluations, to develop and improve sales and customer service; manage and direct vendors and third-party sellers on day-to-day work as needed;
- Confer and meet with customers to better understand their business needs and goals and to grow customer loyalty and to problem solve customer complaints
- Research, learn, and explain to staff the complicated payment process and requirements for orthopedic DME purchases including how financed through worker’s compensation in various countries including the US/Canada and through the US Veteran’s Administration
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives after reviewing operational records and reports.
- Meet with Chief Commercial Office to assess sales performance overall.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates by assessing costs, competition, and supply/demand.
- Direct, coordinate, and review sales volume and profit for current and new products.
- Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Manage and customize our CRM system to generate and maintain leads and clients which includes utilizing reporting tools
Requirements
Minimum Education: Associates Degree (no Major Required)
Experience: 1 Year of Experience
- 1 year of experience in sales and distribution of orthopedic Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Devices; and
- in management of sales/marketing products, including designing and implementing strategic plans and managingteam/vendor/third party sellers.
